“Faced with A unique opportunity emerged with a recently renovated building located on Via Foscolo in the heart of Milan. Keen to re-position our brand in the Italian market, our office led by the Managing Director, Giuseppe Falco, saw an opportunity to leverage our relocation to differentiate BCG amongst our competitors.The building offered the perfect opportunity to implement our vision, to reinforce our openness to a wider business community, and to create an ‘office of the future’ that engendered a sense of pride and well-being amongst our staff. The new office, which opened in December 2015, embodies BCG’s TeamScape workplace strategy. The building has a rich (and sometimes surprising!) variety of different work and social settings to offer maximum flexibility to accommodate growth. The various settings are enabled by forward-thinking technology and building innovations. We congratulate with AM&A Architects for their surprising creativity, excellent team work effort and outstanding capacity to project, design and implement at the same stage our complicate challenge which lasted less than 12 months. We finally achieved an unexpected and unequalled result!”

“Abbiamo scelto AMA tra tante società di Design & Build perché da subito si sono mostrati propensi ad ascoltare e capire i nostri desiderata, le nostre esigenze e i nostri vincoli, ed adattarsi di conseguenza. So the architects at AMA Albera Monti worked with us to create a very open environment, where ideas can be shared anywhere. Every day, there’s information coming and going and there’s a lot of movement, so every area is conducive to informal gatherings. When people walk in our office, they can see that we’re all working together and working in the same direction.The architects brought into the space light, colour and fantastic views, they created a space that inspires everyone to have and contribute ideas, and, frankly, a space that people enjoy spending long hours in. In Milan we live and work in one of the most culturally vibrant places on the planet. Google and the architects were keen to bring that urban feel and energy into the office and make it integral to our space.
